When I went up to N Seoul Tower, I took a cable car, took a picture at a place with a key, and I could see a nice view.
The guide's explanation was good, and it was a tour full of attractions such as Cheonggyecheon Stream and HiKR GROUND.
If you want to see the night view of Seoul, I recommend it.

I was able to travel comfortably because they took me to a tourist destination by bus.
