Our guide was kind and helpful. The mini-van that we went around with looked as if it was new and well maintained and was cleaned inside every day (it was raining and we brought mud inside but the next day it was clean). The hotels we stayed at were all really clean and some of them were actually beautiful. I think we won’t be able to find a room with the view like the one of the “Ocean Resort” hotel anywhere else. The places we visited were interesting. We loved the Buddhist temples. We were able to see many towns and cities.
Most local people understand some English, but still there is a language barrier. It would have been almost impossible to find these places on our own and get there. If you can’t speak Korean, book a trip with a guide.
We definitely recommend this one. We got a lot more than we expected.
