Great experience

Jomin was an excellent host. She is super knowledgeable and was great at sharing her knowledge with me. First she took me on a tour if the market, where she talked me through all the ingredients used to make tofu. Then, we went back place an make tofu, step by step. She also showed to she showed me how to me different recipes to make, with the different stages of tofu making. She was super patient, and even helped me make vegan dishes. I would definitely recommend this experience for anyone interested in tofu making.
Great food, great host, great class!

This class was so much fun! The tofu we made was some of the tastiest I've had. Plus it was wonderful to taste it at the different stages: soy milk, soft tofu, firm tofu. The dishes we made were absolutely delicious too. If you like tofu you must take this class! And if you like to cook, Jomin gives you a lovely cookbook so you can try your hand at some of her recipes yourself. This was definitely a highlight of my time in Seoul.
Fun and wholesome

What a magical experience! Jomin is so kind and genuine, and gives a fascinating tour through the local market, providing information about the different stalls and foods seen there, and even helped me find an ingredient I’d been unsuccessfully searching for for a week. The cooking itself was so much fun, and Jomin left us with a cookbook, full bellies, and an even deeper appreciation for Korean cuisine. Highly recommended.
Tofu making class

My daughter and I learnt how to make soft and hard tofu as well as soy milk from scratch ! it was a great hands-on experience and Jomin's house has been set up so well as a cooking school. Her attention to detail was amazing and I was able to buy the equipment necessary for making it again at home for a very reasonable price.
Good experience

Jomin is such a great host and so easy to get along with! The class was fun and we get to taste what we've made. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone who would like to try something different!
